CommerceIQ is seeking a Customer Success Director to drive customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Retail and CPG industries and exceptional project management skills.CommerceIQ's Customer Success Director will be responsible for:
- Ensuring value to customers and growing CIQ's commercial engagement.
- Understanding customers’ core business needs and desired outcomes.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Developing value propositions and negotiating contract terms.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes.
- Conducting regular and data-driven reviews of customer health.
- Providing insights and guidance to internal teams and customers.
Requirements for this role include:
- 5-15 years in customer success, account management, or a related field.
- Experience with Amazon, a leading consulting firm, or a SaaS provider.
- Knowledge of the CPG and e-commerce sectors.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiation.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Data-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel.
