Job Description
CommerceIQ is seeking a Customer Success Director to drive customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Retail and CPG industries and exceptional project management skills.CommerceIQ's Customer Success Director will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring value to customers and growing CIQ's commercial engagement.
  • Understanding customers’ core business needs and desired outcomes.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Developing value propositions and negotiating contract terms.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes.
  • Conducting regular and data-driven reviews of customer health.
  • Providing insights and guidance to internal teams and customers.
Requirements for this role include:
  • 5-15 years in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Experience with Amazon, a leading consulting firm, or a SaaS provider.
  • Knowledge of the CPG and e-commerce sectors.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiation.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Data-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel.
