Daybreak Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Spanish-speaking Mental Health Therapist to join their team at San Lorenzo Unified School District. The therapist will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, culturally responsive care to K-12 students, empowering them to thrive emotionally and academically.
What this role involves:
- Delivering evidence-based therapy to K–12 students.
- Collaborating with school staff, counselors, and community partners.
- Building trusted relationships with students and their families.
- Providing psychoeducation and support to parents and caregivers.
- Participating in case consultations and clinical team meetings.
- Contributing feedback to strengthen Daybreak’s clinical programs.
Requirements:
- Active California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) or associate-level license (ASW, AMFT, APCC)
- Spanish fluency required
- Experience working with school-aged children or adolescents
- Technological proficiency and comfort with EHR platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Availability during key school hours (typically Mon–Fri, 3–8 PM PT)
