Job Description

Method, a global design and engineering consultancy, is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join its team. In this role, the Senior Test Engineer will work within a multidisciplinary project team, collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients. They will lead the Test Engineering team, providing mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level engineers. Travel for team and client meetings is required, typically up to 15%.Role involves:

• Developing testing solutions by analyzing information needs and creating test data.
• Reviewing test cases and ensuring alignment with requirements.
• Designing and performing various types of testing on different platforms.
• Supporting project teams in defining quality objectives and acceptance criteria.
• Participating in code reviews and providing feedback.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in test engineering.
• Experience with Cypress or similar tooling for automating browser-based tests.
• Expert SQL skills for complex data querying, validation, and integrity checks.
• Deep experience in testing data accuracy and transformations across complex data pipelines.
• Proficient in Python for automating tests, generating data, and custom validations.
• Skilled in API testing to ensure data integrity through service interfaces.
• Effective communication skills.
