Job Description
Blackbird Health is seeking an Early Childhood Clinician to provide mental health services to preschool-aged children (2-5 years) in a hybrid setting in Exton, PA. The clinician will be responsible for screenings, assessments, treatment planning, and individual and family therapy. - Providing screenings, assessments, treatment planning, and individual and family therapy to preschool-aged children (2-5 years).
- Participating in weekly department and team meetings.
- Completing documentation for services within 24 hours of services.
- Managing your schedule.
- Reporting weekly productivity.
- Collaboration with community-based preschool education providers.
- Utilizing appropriate evidence-based practices (PCIT and CPP).
Requirements:
- Flexibility to work a minimum of 15 hours per week during peak "after school hours" (after 4pm ET during the week or weekends).
- Active licensure in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
- At least one year of experience providing mental health services to children under the age of 6.
