Blackbird Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join their team in a hybrid role. The therapist will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to young patients and their families. Responsibilities: - Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services to patients.
- Evaluate new clients through biopsychosocial/diagnostic assessments.
- Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients.
- Collaborate with other specialty providers to establish an Integrated Treatment Plan.
- Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and maintain thorough records.
- Involve and advise family members or outside specialists when appropriate.
Requirements: - Passion for the mission to redefine behavioral health for children and their families.
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to children and/or adolescents is desired.
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Open to professional and clinical feedback.
- Ability to show initiative, good judgment, and resourcefulness.
- Flexibility to work a minimum of 15 hours per week during peak after-school hours (after 4pm ET) or weekends.
- Active licensure in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
