Job Description
Blackbird Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to deliver psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for children, adolescents, and young adults. The practitioner will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

Role Involves:
  • Conducting psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses.
  • Creating personalized treatment plans.
  • Providing education and consultation for patients and their families.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals on integrated treatment plans.
  • Managing diagnostic testing.
  • Participating in team and supervisory clinical meetings.
  • Maintaining patient records and confidentiality.

Requirements:
  • Master’s Degree from an accredited nursing program, PMHNP-BC certification.
  • At least one year of independent psychiatric experience under licensure.
  • Active Pennsylvania PMHNP/CRNP/APN license, DEA license, and State Prescriptive Authority.
  • Flexibility to work a minimum of 12 hours per week during after-school hours.
  • Flexibility to work in person at one of our clinics at least 1 day per week.
