Kensington is seeking a Senior Director, IT Development and Delivery, to lead a team of software developers, UI/UX experts, and technical analysts. This role involves guiding the team in delivering high-quality digital experiences across Kensington's website, digital portals, marketing tech stack, and CX ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web and mobile app development, digital marketing systems, and customer experience platforms.Kensington is looking for someone to:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers and analysts.
• Define and implement development lifecycle practices.
• Oversee the delivery of digital projects.
• Take technical ownership of web/digital properties and the MarTech stack.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various teams.

The role requires:
