.NET Developer – AI Assistant Project (Azure & Python)

Job Description

Helmes is seeking a skilled .NET Developer to join their team in Estonia for an AI-powered assistant project integrated into Microsoft Teams. The developer will be responsible for building, scaling, and continuously improving a production system, not just prototypes. They will work hands-on with .NET and Python, utilizing Azure services, and play a crucial role in shaping the solution's evolution.Role involves:

• Working on production-grade systems.
• Understanding system functionality and proposing improvements.
• Switching between tools while focusing on .NET.
• Integrating AI technologies into practical applications.
• Collaborating with the team to find optimal solutions.
• Writing clean, scalable, and unit-tested code.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Solid experience in .NET (C#).
• Good working knowledge of Python or readiness to learn.
• Familiarity with Azure, DevOps workflows, and backend APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills, self-management, and clear communication.
• Very good command of English and Estonian.
