Job Description
Lucid Motors is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the growth of their Salesforce environment. The candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and implementation of elegant solutions in Lucid's Salesforce instance. The role involves collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance, and Data Engineering leaders to translate business needs into efficient solutions, pioneering systems strategy, and optimizing the Salesforce environment for rapid growth.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or related technical field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience in design, development, and implementation of Salesforce.com solutions.
  • 5+ years of software development experience in designing complex, enterprise-wide business solutions.
  • 3+ years of Salesforce Development experience on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Minimum 2+ year hands-on experience in designing and building 3rd party system integrations with Salesforce.
  • Technical ownership of projects and managing resources.
  • Good oral and written communication skills with excellent collaborations skills.
  • Must be able to work on-site at least 3 days a week and work flexible hours to collaborate with Global IT and business team members.
  • Experience and knowledge of Salesforce.com and external integrations using Workato or other middleware technologies.
  • Good knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Trigger, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, CSS, SOQL/SOSL, API, Force.com.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community, as the Force.com
  • Experience in enterprise-level Salesforce projects using both waterfall and agile software development methodologies.
  • Experience in Salesforce configuration, including flows, validation rules, and security controls.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems, as well as working with integration tools (ETL, marketing automation, reporting, etc.)
  • Experience with single-org deployments and multi-org consolidations.
  • Solid understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies
