Urban Sports Club is seeking a Partner Support Specialist to manage partner inquiries and ensure a great partner experience across all Urban Sports Group brands. The role involves handling advanced cases, maintaining partner knowledge, and collaborating with team members. The Partner Support Specialist will balance the needs of partners and members, contributing to their satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the onboarding and offboarding process for partners.
- Serving as the first point of contact for high-level partner support topics.
- Ensuring accurate partner profile information.
- Handling financial and accounting-related support requests.
- Meeting KPIs and service level agreements.
- Managing contract changes and missing payouts.
- Collaborating with the training and knowledge specialist to improve processes.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Proficiency with tools like Zendesk and Pipedrive.
- Technical mindset and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and pay attention to detail.
