Entersekt is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to join their Client Operations organization. This role involves managing the technical aspects of relationships with strategic customers, coordinating technical program plans, and supporting feature rollouts and solution adoption. The ideal candidate will translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language and ensure client teams are prepared for new solutions.Responsibilities include serving as a technical lead, coordinating technical activities, leading project teams, monitoring client health, and advocating for client needs.
- Serve as the technical lead and trusted advisor for strategic enterprise accounts.
- Coordinate all technical activities across the client lifecycle.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor client health and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
- Manage change and ensure client readiness for new solution rollouts.
- Advocate for client needs internally and contribute to product and process improvements.
- Deliver regular updates and technical roadmaps tailored to client goals.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of best practices.
Requirements include:
- 7+ years of experience in implementing B2B SaaS solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in financial services or fintech.
- Proven track record leading large-scale projects.
- Strong client-facing experience with enterprise customers.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
