Public is seeking a Member Operations and Experience Specialist to join their Customer Experience team. The ideal candidate will be a licensed finance professional responsible for delivering exceptional service to Public's valued members. This role involves interacting with members across various support channels like email and chat, providing accurate information about Public's features, products, and services. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve member issues and share feedback with Product and Engineering teams to improve member satisfaction.
- Interacting with members via email and chat.
- Providing information about Public's features, products, and services.
- Collaborating with Legal, Operations, and Compliance teams.
- Sharing member feedback with Product and Engineering teams.
- 4+ years of experience in financial services.
- Fully licensed with series 7 and 63 (or) series 7 and 66.
- Comfort with technology.
- Commitment to providing excellent service.
- Independent and creative problem-solving skills.
- Options and Margin experience preferred.
