Workato is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to support its growing team in Barcelona, Spain. The ideal candidate will be strategic, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong analytical acumen and business insight.This role involves:
Serving as a key advisor on deal strategy and structuring.
Optimizing pricing, discounting, and contract structures.
Identifying inefficiencies in the deal approval process.
Spearheading automation initiatives to streamline workflows.
Providing training and guidance to Sales teams.
Leading special projects related to pricing and process enhancements.
Requirements include:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years in Deal Desk, Order Management, or Revenue Operations within a high-growth SaaS company.
Expertise in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ (or similar tools).
Strong analytic skills to advise on deal structuring and booking.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills.
Resilience and agility to work extended hours during critical periods.
