Job Description
Workato is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing complex UI for a modern integration platform. This involves using advanced JavaScript, HTML, and CSS technologies. The Senior Frontend Engineer will collaborate with product, design, and back-end teams to build innovative features.Role involves:
  • Building efficient and reusable front-end components
  • Collaborating with Product Managers and Experience Designers
  • Identifying and resolving performance issues
  • Solving coding and architecture problems
  • Taking ownership of projects or features
  • Contributing to all phases of development
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in front-end focused Software Development
  • A degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Strong experience with Angular (or similar framework)
  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
  • Experience building responsive web interfaces
  • Understanding of browsers and DOM
  • Familiarity with web security, SEO, and accessibility
  • Knowledge of QA automation processes and tools
  • Experience with TypeScript, or a desire to learn it
  • Fluency with the Unix command line interface
