Senior Team Lead

Job Description

MOOVX, an agile and innovative company specializing in software and talent solutions, is seeking a Senior Team Lead to join their LATAM team. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing complex web and database applications, understanding customer needs, and providing solutions. They will play a key role in translating customer conversations into requirements and deliverable architectures and selecting the most appropriate tools and technologies.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining web and database applications.
• Creating custom solutions using knowledge of systems hardware and software.
• Working closely with business analysts, customers, developers, and programmers.
• Maintaining an eye towards security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Solving complex problems while building intuitive user interfaces.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional software development and architecture experience in a Microsoft stack.
• Ability to define and design technology solutions to meet business objectives.
• Experience with modern web UI tools/frameworks (Javascript Frameworks, AngularJS, ExtJs, NodeJS, etc.).
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• BS/BA in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
