Visier, a leader in AI-powered people analytics, workforce planning, and compensation management solutions, is seeking a Partner Development Manager to join their Strategic Partnerships team. This role involves recruiting, managing, and growing a key set of technology partners aligned to Visier's Applications business. The Partner Development Manager will report to the VP of Strategic Partnerships and will be instrumental in expanding Visier's ecosystem.Visier believes in the power of people analytics and partners with technology providers, SIs, and advisory firms to help customers make insightful people decisions. The company has over 60,000 customers in 75 countries, including enterprises like BASF, Panasonic, Experian, Amgen, eBay, and Ford Motor Company.
What this role involves: - Prospecting, qualifying, and developing an ecosystem of lead generation and pipeline progression partners for the North America (NA) Applications business.
- Developing and executing joint go-to-market programs with named partners, including joint value proposition definition, sales enablement, partner enablement, and co-marketing.
- Managing the full lifecycle of bringing on a new partner, from recruitment to onboarding to partner management and partner development.
- Serving as the single point of contact for the sales team in all regions on how to engage with tech partner sellers.
- Holding regular cadences with partners to provide a holistic view of partnership and co-selling activities.
- Managing and tracking partnerships against Applications pipeline and revenue targets.
- Building out global relationship maps with key leaders at partner firms.
Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/business development, alliances/partner management, and/or partner activation/enablement.
- Experience working with technology partners and partner programs, e.g. MSFT, WDAY, ServiceNow, etc., a plus.
- Pipeline management and understanding sales rhythms and cycles.
- Demonstrated experience developing executive-level relationships with tact and diplomacy.
- Experience working with highly-matrixed organizations, and ability to mobilize multiple stakeholders across parallel workstreams.
