Job Description
Coursera is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Manager to join their Enterprise Services team. In this role, the Enterprise Implementation Manager will be responsible for owning the implementations for Coursera's Enterprise clients, building Coursera solutions quickly and successfully to drive impact across client organizations. This is a cross-functional role, requiring collaboration with sales, customer success, marketing, product, engineering, finance, learner services, and legal teams.Coursera is committed to building a globally diverse team and offers flexibility in workspace choices, including remote work.Responsibilities:
  • Configure and launch Coursera’s Enterprise product on time according to the client’s requirements with high quality
  • Manage projects with small and medium-sized customers
  • Onboard clients on Coursera’s Enterprise product
  • Assist sales team in pre-sales activities
  • Build thought leadership and strategic footprint in defining implementation methodology
  • Establish an effective feedback mechanism to channel client feedback to cross-functional teams
Basic Qualifications:
  • 2+ years in customer-facing roles leading SaaS implementations
  • Demonstrated history in project management and change management, working with large organizations
  • Experience owning and managing end-to-end delivery
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in Education Technology and passion for education
  • Experience in web practices and technical concepts (SSO, API's, etc)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment
  • Passion for problem-solving and creative solutions
  • Strong, proven sense of customer empathy and customer-centrism
