Job Description

Envoy is seeking a Member of Technical Staff, Backend to join their team in San Francisco. This is an L2 opportunity for someone with 2-5 years of experience. The successful candidate will contribute independently to well-scoped technical projects in a collaborative team environment. The role involves leading major product features, designing systems, and mentoring other engineers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing product and influence its direction.Envoy's Workplace product is used by tens of thousands of people every day, and the successful candidate will be an integral part of its expansion. The ideal candidate is excited about working in person with peers in our San Francisco HQ.Responsibilities:

• Design core frontend and backend software components that support our Workplace product.
• Drive ambitious system design and architecture.
• Drive engineering projects to completion.
• Be an advocate for the end-user, whether they are an Envoy customer or external developer.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of software engineering or coding experience.
• BS / MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Comfortable and energized operating in a fast moving organization.
• Excited to work with a team that’s focused on Product Velocity.
