Axon is seeking an Executive Support Specialist to support the Axon President in their Boston office. This role requires a dependable, proactive, and resourceful individual who can ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. The Executive Support Specialist will work closely with the President’s Senior Executive Assistant and must be based in the Boston office full-time.Responsibilities include:
- Managing local logistics and providing day-to-day support to the President.
- Offering administrative support to visiting Axon executives.
- Preparing for in-person meetings and events.
- Greeting and hosting visitors.
- Managing local events and logistics.
- Supporting the Senior Executive Assistant with administrative needs and scheduling.
- Managing leadership expenses and approvals.
- Planning and coordinating details for events and team off-sites.
- Anticipating the President’s needs and proactively addressing issues.
- Handling confidential business, company, and personnel details.
Requirements include:
- Experience supporting senior executives.
- Superb attention to detail and strong planning and organization skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependability, reliability, and trustworthiness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
