Job Description
Veeam, a global leader in data resilience, is seeking a Customer Success Representative (Named Accounts) to join their team in Bucharest, Romania. This role focuses on renewing customer maintenance contracts, ensuring customer retention, and driving revenue through upselling and identifying add-on sales opportunities.
The Customer Success Representative will manage a pipeline, proactively engage with customers, and educate them on new product features. They will also work cross-functionally with various departments to prepare agreements and negotiate offers. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, account management, or customer success, with a proven track record of overachieving quotas.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and overachieving quota tied to territory renewal and expansion goals.
- Effectively managing the annual pipeline by reaching out to customers proactively.
- Educating customers on new product features and closing renewals.
- Cold calling customers with lapsed support to reactivate it.
- Working cross-functionally to prepare agreements and create NSQs.
- Negotiating renewals offers.
- Assisting customers with licensing transfers and support ticket assistance.
- Ensuring appropriate support to Veeam’s channel partners.
- Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
- Prioritizing workload to meet KPIs and SLAs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Advanced English and German language skills.
- Relevant experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
- Proven track record of overachievement of quota and KPIs.
- Experience providing consulting or support to enterprise-level accounts.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
