Whalar, a leading independent Creator and Social agency, is seeking a Measurement & Analytics Manager to join their EMEA measurement team in London. This role involves leading influencer campaign measurement and data analysis, providing insights and recommendations, and supporting new business initiatives.Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, setup, execution, and delivery of brand lift studies.
  • Collaborate on wrap reporting for priority clients.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization in influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure data quality control and process improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in data analysis and influencer marketing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with 2+ years in marketing/advertising.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Google Looker, or Power BI.
