Whalar, a leading independent Creator and Social agency, is seeking a Measurement & Analytics Manager to join their EMEA measurement team in London. This role involves leading influencer campaign measurement and data analysis, providing insights and recommendations, and supporting new business initiatives.
Responsibilities: - Lead the design, setup, execution, and delivery of brand lift studies.
- Collaborate on wrap reporting for priority clients.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources.
- Identify opportunities for optimization in influencer marketing campaigns.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to cross-functional teams.
- Ensure data quality control and process improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in data analysis and influencer marketing.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with 2+ years in marketing/advertising.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Google Looker, or Power BI.
