Job Description
Moniepoint Inc. is seeking a Regulatory Compliance specialist to ensure compliance-related risks are mitigated across its products and services. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, conducting due diligence, and maintaining compliance with regulations.

Role involves:
- Serving as the primary Compliance representative for Product development and enhancement.
- Maintaining knowledge of products and services within the payments industry.
- Conducting customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD).
- Developing, maintaining, and enforcing KYC, CDD, and regulatory compliance policies and procedures.
- Conducting quarterly training sessions for product teams on compliance issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the payment industry or banking.
- Experience with compliance requirements and either liaising with Product, or direct experience in product development, preferred.
- Experience with writing actionable product requirements documents is a must.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
- Experience with an array of compliance-related systems.
