Director of Game Science & Insights | Sports

2K Games is seeking a Director of Game Science & Insights to lead analytics efforts within the Sports Business Unit. This role is crucial for shaping product, marketing, and commercial decisions through data-driven insights across various AAA sports franchises.

The Director will lead a team of data scientists and analysts in the US and Dublin, Ireland, focusing on player engagement, retention, and monetization. This position involves overseeing analytical operations, ad-hoc insights, and experimentation across the 2K Sports portfolio.

What this Role Involves:

• Defining technical direction and driving AI/ML project execution.
• Overseeing the AI/ML development lifecycle.
• Directing A/B testing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with SQL and Tableau.
• Strong understanding of user segmentation and A/B testing.
• Experience in risk management.
• Excellent communication skills.
