The Social Hub is seeking a Chef de Partie to manage a kitchen section with skill and precision. The Chef de Partie will collaborate with the Sous and Head Chefs to deliver high-quality dishes, guide junior kitchen staff, and maintain a clean and efficient station. The ideal candidate will be passionate about quality food and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What This Role Involves:
- Running a kitchen section during prep and service.
- Delivering high-quality dishes.
- Supporting and training junior team members.
- Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness.
- Minimizing waste and following stock rotation.
- Adhering to food safety protocols.
- Collaborating with the team.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef background.
- Confidence running a kitchen section solo.
- Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with digital kitchen tools.
- Team player mindset with clear communication.
- Fluency in Spanish, intermediate level of English.
