The Social Hub is seeking a Chef de Partie to manage a kitchen section with skill and precision. The Chef de Partie will collaborate with the Sous and Head Chefs to deliver high-quality dishes, guide junior kitchen staff, and maintain a clean and efficient station. The ideal candidate will be passionate about quality food and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What This Role Involves:
  • Running a kitchen section during prep and service.
  • Delivering high-quality dishes.
  • Supporting and training junior team members.
  • Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Minimizing waste and following stock rotation.
  • Adhering to food safety protocols.
  • Collaborating with the team.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef background.
  • Confidence running a kitchen section solo.
  • Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with digital kitchen tools.
  • Team player mindset with clear communication.
  • Fluency in Spanish, intermediate level of English.
