Job Description
The Social Hub is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team and delivering exceptional food experiences. The Sous Chef will play a key role in managing kitchen operations, maintaining quality and hygiene, mentoring junior chefs, and ensuring smooth prep and service. This role requires creativity, operational excellence, and a passion for hospitality.
    What This Role Involves:
  • Supporting the Head Chef in leading daily kitchen operations.
  • Mentoring and supervising junior kitchen staff.
  • Executing menu items accurately and contributing creative ideas.
  • Assisting with inventory management and minimizing food waste.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
  • Collaborating with the F&B service team.
  • Supporting special events with precise preparation.
    Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Sous Chef or senior Chef de Partie.
  • Strong skills in modern, seasonal cooking.
  • Proven leadership abilities and experience managing kitchen teams.
  • Digital literacy with tools that help streamline kitchen operations.
  • Passion for creativity, sustainability, and reducing food waste.
  • Fluency in Spanish and intermediate level of English preferred.
