The Social Hub is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to join their team in Glasgow. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming and energetic dining experience for guests. What this role involves:
- Delivering warm, professional, and attentive service.
- Connecting guests with the kitchen and bar, noting dietary needs.
- Assisting the team by clearing and resetting tables.
- Staying informed about the Hub’s operations, menus, and events.
- Recommending food and drinks based on guest preferences.
- Handling guest inquiries and requests efficiently.
- Supporting event setups as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or restaurant service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and conversational skills in the local language.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- A proactive and friendly attitude.
