Job Description
Tenstorrent is seeking an IP Product Operations Manager to align the strategy, development, and tracking of the customer journey with its IP products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Technical Program Management, Engineering, Architecture, Product Management, and Sales, to ensure the delivery of world-class Accelerated Compute IP solutions that meet customer requirements and drive business growth. This role is remote, based out of Santa Clara, CA; Austin, TX; Fort Collins, CO or Boston, MA.Responsibilities include:- Overseeing and driving coordination and communication with the Customer and the IP Product Team, Engineering, Legal, Finance and Export
- Aligning individual product milestones, deliverables, and customer engagement plans based on overarching product strategy
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive agreed actions to completion
- Establishing and maintaining processes to track program goals, objectives, and deliverables
- Enabling and maintaining systems to provide engineering support for the IP Product
- Communicating program status, updates, and challenges to senior management and stakeholders
- Fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Conducting regular program reviews and implementing corrective actions
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Five or more years of experience in IP Product roles, specifically with architectures such as Arm, RISC-V, x86, AI accelerator, subsystem or GPU IPs and relevant AI technologies used in Inference and Training applications
- Strong understanding of the semiconductor IP industry
- Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and managing complex IP products
- Extensive working knowledge of program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, JAMA etc.
