Clutch is seeking a Vehicle Capture Representative to manage inventory capture across multiple locations in Mississauga, Ontario. This role involves ensuring accurate inventory records, declarations, and effective collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented.
What this role involves:
- Uploading and maintaining records accurately and on time to internal systems.
- Performing vehicle inspections with major attention to detail to provide high-quality listings.
- Collaborating with shuttlers and the wholesale department to streamline logistics processes.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working 100% on-site at the Mississauga facility.
- Flexibility to work over the weekend and rotating shifts from 8 am to 6 pm.
