Clutch, one of Canada's fastest-growing companies, is seeking a Customer Service Delivery Advocate in Mississauga, Ontario. This role involves being the face of the company, delivering exceptional experiences to customers during vehicle pickup or sale. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to operate a flatbed truck safely across Southern Ontario.

What this role involves:
  • Delivering a uniquely special experience to each customer.
  • Operating a flatbed truck to transport client vehicles across Southern Ontario.
  • Addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Inspecting vehicles for cosmetic and mechanical issues.
  • Completing customer paperwork and taking notes in the customer tracking system.
  • Assisting other team members with various tasks.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of a G Driver’s License (valid in Ontario).
  • Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions.
  • Clean criminal background check.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Availability for a minimum of 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed.
  • Flexibility to work between Mississauga and Etobicoke locations.
