Vehicle Delivery Specialist

Job Description

Clutch, one of Canada's fastest-growing companies, is seeking a Vehicle Delivery Specialist in Mississauga, Ontario. This role involves being the face of the company, delivering exceptional customer experiences during vehicle pick-up or sale. The Vehicle Delivery Specialist will operate a flatbed truck to transport vehicles across Southern Ontario, inspect vehicles for cosmetic and mechanical issues, complete customer paperwork, and assist team members.

• Delivering a uniquely special experience to each and every one of our customers
• Safely operating a flatbed truck to transport client vehicles
• Addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
• Inspecting vehicles, carefully assessing both cosmetic and mechanical aspects
• Accurately and efficiently completing customer paperwork

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of a G Driver’s License (valid in Ontario)
• Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions
• Clean criminal background check
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Minimum of 40 hours per week availability
