Vehicle Quality Control Associate

This is an entry-level position at a company with locations in Mississauga and Etobicoke. The role involves ensuring vehicles meet the highest standards of condition and functionality before delivery or further production stages. The Vehicle Quality Control Associate will report to the Production Manager and play an essential role in maintaining automotive quality.

Role involves:

• Performing detailed inspections of vehicles.
• Evaluating vehicles for cosmetic, mechanical, and functional issues.
• Examining the exterior and interior for defects.
• Testing vehicle features such as windows, mirrors, and HVAC systems.
• Maintaining thorough inspection records using an iPad and specialized software.
• Operating vehicles and inspection tools responsibly.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and automotive industry regulations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of a G2 Driver’s License (valid in Ontario).
• Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions.
• Clean criminal background check.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Ability to commute to either location in the GTA: Etobicoke & Mississauga, Ontario.
• Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of vehicle systems and components.
• Proficiency in using iPads and inspection software.
• Ability to work effectively with teams.
• Physical fitness to perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and light lifting.
