Job Description

Easygo is seeking a Legal Counsel to support Stake and KICK in Melbourne, Australia. The Legal Counsel will collaborate with a high-performing team, navigating legal and regulatory challenges in crypto, entertainment, and tech. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, advising on corporate and commercial matters, and ensuring compliance with evolving regulations. The Legal Counsel will also support risk management and contribute to strategic legal thinking, gaining exposure to emerging legal issues in global markets.Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial contracts.
• Advise on corporate and commercial matters.
• Ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
• Support risk management.
• Contribute to strategic legal thinking.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years PQE, with at least 1 year in private practice (corporate or commercial focus).
• Confident in drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Proactive and adaptable.
• Curious about crypto, streaming, or gaming.
• A clear communicator.
