Job Description

CAPFI, an ESN 2.0 based in Paris, is seeking a Business Manager to join its commercial division. The Business Manager will be part of a feature team composed of recruiters and sales representatives. This role involves launching and developing a new business line from scratch, with a long-term growth vision.

The Business Manager will define and manage the commercial strategy, identify and develop new accounts, manage key account references, negotiate contracts and rates, participate in the recruitment of consultants, coach candidates for interviews, and contribute to internal transformation projects.

Requirements:

  • Bac+5 degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT service sales
  • Knowledge of Media, Defense, Energy, Luxury, or Retail sectors
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a taste for challenges
