Job Description
Jack Morton is looking for a contract Production Coordinator to support the production of an automotive client's regional event. This role is based in Chicago, Illinois. The Production Coordinator will be responsible for tracking reports, providing on-site event support, and assisting with project reconciliation.
Role Involves:
- Owning tracking reports
- Providing on-site event support
- Following up on status reports and schedules
- Acting as a liaison with internal parties on invoices and vendor payments
- Scheduling and communicating project aspects
Requirements:
- Event coordination and hospitality experience preferred
- Comfort managing travel logistics and on-site execution
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Client service mindset
