Job Description
Too Good To Go, a certified B Corporation committed to fighting food waste, is seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage logistics operations in Berlin. The role involves managing 3PLs and logistics partners, ensuring efficient inbound, production, and outbound flows, and maintaining stock and invoice control. The Logistics Specialist will report to the Cluster Logistics Manager and collaborate with internal Commercial, Planning, Finance, and CX teams.
Responsibilities:
- 3PL Management: Daily planning, management, and optimization of logistics activities.
- Inbound Operations: Manage inbound orders, liaise with suppliers, and arrange transport.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory data and reconcile stock levels.
- Production & Warehousing: Plan capacity with 3PLs and manage production runs.
- Outbound Operations & Customer Support: Ensure timely order delivery and handle logistics-related escalations.
- Invoice & Cost Control: Track and approve supplier invoices, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Performance & Process Improvement: Monitor logistics performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with external (3PL) and internal teams (Commercial, Planning, Finance, CX).
Requirements:
- Prior experience working with a 3PL and in e-commerce operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in German and English.
- Critical thinking and solutions-oriented approach.
- Based in Berlin.
