What this role involves: - Providing telephone and email support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Working scheduled shifts, with bonuses for night shifts, Sundays, and holidays.
- Supporting drivers and passengers, addressing their questions and concerns.

Requirements: - Fluent German (C2 or native) and English (C1 or C2) skills.
- Good communication skills with the ability to adapt tone to different contexts.
- Enjoyment in providing advice and support over the phone.
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and develop creative solutions.
- Eagerness to learn and deliver great service, even without prior call center experience.
- Passion for enabling accessibility to mobility and reducing carbon footprint.
- Technology-savvy and comfortable working with modern IT tools.
