Stone is seeking a motivated individual for the role of External Sales Consultant (Agente Stone) in Itajaí, Santa Catarina. This role involves external prospecting, client relationship management, and delivering excellent customer service.

The Agente Stone will work in an external routine to prospect new clients. He will manage the portfolio of active and after-sales clients. He will participate in the daily morning meetings of the team to outline their plans, goals and exchange learning. He will deliver excellent service to our client.

Role Involves:

  • Prospecting new clients in the assigned area.
  • Managing a portfolio of active clients and providing after-sales support.
  • Participating in daily team meetings to discuss plans, goals, and share learnings.
  • Delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Completed high school education.
  • Desirable experience in external sales within the acquiring or financial services sector.
  • Strong negotiation and commercial approach skills.
  • Ability to work in a results-oriented and goal-driven manner.
