Stone, a technology and financial services company, is seeking a Sales Consultant to join their team in São José, Santa Catarina, Brazil. Stone is focused on client satisfaction and transforming the payments industry to support Brazilian entrepreneurship. The company is the largest independent payment solutions provider in Brazil, with over fifteen thousand employees across the country.He will work in external routine to prospect new clients on the route of the pole. Manage the portfolio of active and after-sales clients. Participate in the daily morning meetings of the team to outline their plans, goals and exchange learning. Deliver excellent service to our client.
Role Involves: - Prospecting new clients in the field.
- Managing a portfolio of active clients and providing after-sales support.
- Participating in daily team meetings to discuss plans, goals, and share learnings.
- Delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements: - Completed high school education.
- Desirable experience in external sales within the acquiring or financial services sector.
- Strong negotiation and commercial approach skills.
- Ability to work in a results-oriented and goal-driven manner.
