Job Description

Stone is seeking an Analyst of Regulatory Compliance to join its Compliance team. This role is within the Regulatory Compliance structure, which is part of the Compliance area. The primary function of this team is to manage the compliance risk of the Prudential Conglomerate, focusing on monitoring recurring obligations related to the Central Bank of Brazil, as well as tracking new regulations, creating indicators, and managing statistical data. The team is highly committed to the Company's regulatory adherence demands and the continuous study and deepening of topics related to Financial Regulation. The Analyst will be responsible for managing recurring obligations determined by regulatory bodies.

• Managing deadlines
• Issuing opinions on regulatory doubts and adjustments
• Monitoring action plans to adapt to new regulatory standards
• Managing indicators and presentations for stakeholders
• Managing indications of quality problems in regulatory reports
• Supporting the preparation and review of regulatory reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, economics, law, letters, production engineering, or technology courses focused on process or data management
• Experience in regulatory affairs
• Knowledge of the norms and rules applicable to the Financial Market and/or Payment Methods
• Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and/or Google Tools (Sheets, Documents, Forms, and Presentations)
• Intermediate English
