Auditor | Júnior (Híbrido/SP)

Job Description

Stone is seeking a Junior Auditor to join its Internal Audit team. The company is a technology and financial services firm focused on serving Brazilian entrepreneurs. The auditor will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and compliance of the organization through independent evaluations of processes and controls.

• Actively participate in the annual internal audit plan.
• Formalize process understanding meetings, request evidence, question inconsistencies, and identify weaknesses.
• Develop work papers, ensuring clarity, test objectives, evidence, conclusions, and adherence to quality standards.
• Assist in preparing audit reports, contributing information and analysis to highlight findings and recommendations.
• Familiarize oneself with audit tools and techniques, such as GRC tools, data analysis, and specific audit procedures.
• Assist in monitoring the implementation of action plans included in audit reports.

• Experience in auditing.
• Experience in evaluating the operational effectiveness of controls that meet SOX criteria.
• Experience in understanding processes, validation through walkthroughs, and risk mapping.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Slides).
