Job Description

Lush is seeking a Full Time Floor Leader for their Haywood Mall location. The Floor Leader will support the Store Management Team in driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring operational excellence. The Floor Leader will spend their day on the shop floor, leading and inspiring a team of sales associates to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Driving sales and exceeding sales goals
• Delivering a world-class customer experience
• Educating customers on Lush brand values
• Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors
• Managing cash handling and store opening/closing procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organized store

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
• Problem-solving skills related to customer service
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs
