Lush is seeking a Part-Time Floor Leader for their Lexington Avenue store. This role supports the Store Management Team in driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence. The Floor Leader will lead and inspire a team of sales associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Role Involves:
- Driving sales and coaching the sales team.
- Delivering excellent customer experience and product demonstrations.
- Educating customers on Lush brand values.
- Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors.
- Managing cash handling and store opening/closing procedures.
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
- Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
- Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
- Problem-solving skills related to customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
