Job Description
The NFL is seeking a Seasonal Product Operations Coordinator to support its digital media group. This role involves providing crucial support across various platforms, including NFL.com, the NFL app, NFL Fantasy, and Club Sites. The coordinator will report to the Senior Product Operations Manager and play a pivotal role in optimizing digital product performance.Responsibilities include:
- Equipping Operations teams with resources, documentation, and training materials.
- Assisting in the execution of live digital streaming events.
- Supporting content programming efforts and the maintenance of NFL.com properties.
- Providing real-time operational support for NFL digital apps on game days.
- Fielding and responding to questions from internal teams.
Requirements:
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Availability to work all NFL Game Days and major holidays.
