Job Description
The NFL is seeking a Seasonal Product Operations Coordinator to support various platforms within the NFL Digital Media group. This role involves becoming a communication hub for operational activities and reporting directly to the Product Operations Manager. The coordinator will ensure operations teams are equipped with necessary resources and information for new product support. Responsibilities include:
- Managing operational executions for live digital streaming shows on NFL O&O platforms.
- Using admin tools to support digital content programming and League stakeholders.
- Providing operational support for digital O&O apps on gamedays and during League events.
- Assisting clubs with platform-related requests and troubleshooting.
- Helping QA platform issues and identifying temporary workarounds.
- Creating training documentation and sending release notes to clubs.
- Maintaining a Jira board and monitoring club outages on gamedays.
Requirements:
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and programs.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred).
- Must be able to work all NFL Game Days, including Preseason, Regular Season and Playoffs, in-office.
- Must be able to work on holidays (e.g. Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year's).
- Strong knowledge of sports and digital sports products.
