Seasonal Enhanced Audio Operational Specialist

Job Description

NFL Films is seeking a Seasonal Enhanced Audio Operational Specialist for their Field Acquisition team. This role involves performing technical and administrative tasks to support the Enhanced Audio team nationwide. The ideal candidate will have experience in TV/Film production, specifically with wireless microphone technology, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting Zaxcom RF Microphone technology
• Troubleshooting RF Over Fiber technology
• Maintaining and organizing weekly databases
• Scheduling and staffing for weekly game coverage
• Cataloging and filing information for updates and recaps
• Interfacing between the NFL Broadcast Dept and NFL Films
• Tracking stadium crew and documentation
• Handling payroll for project employees
• Disbursing parking passes and communication
• Credentialing for game day access

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in the Film and Television Business
• 5-7 years of experience in Live Event / Theater Production
• Proficiency in Filemaker Pro, Microsoft Office suite, and Teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
