Job Description
Lantern is seeking a Chief of Staff to report directly to the President. This role is based remotely in the USA, with approximately 25% travel to the Dallas HQ. The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner and advisor, playing a pivotal role in aligning and executing the company’s commercial and enterprise-wide priorities. This individual will streamline strategic initiatives, enhance cross-functional communication, and ensure the President’s objectives are effectively implemented across the organization. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in business consulting, operations, and commercial strategy.Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of strategy / management consulting or investment banking / private equity experience
  • 3+ years of commercial oriented experience preferred (Marketing, Business Development or Sales)
  • 3+ years of experience working in US healthcare preferred (health plan or provider experience)
