Red Cell Partners is seeking a Senior ML Researcher to join Trase Systems, co-founded in 2023. In this role, the Senior ML Researcher will spearhead innovations in machine learning model architecture, fine-tuning, and continuous improvement. This role emphasizes the exploration and development of research-based ML methodologies to optimize model performance and ensure systems are both robust and adaptable to enterprise needs. The Senior ML Researcher's responsibilities include:

• Leading ML Research and Development

The requirements for this role are:

• Expertise in ML Model Training and Optimization
• Deep Knowledge of Language Model Fine-Tuning
• Proficiency in ML Frameworks
• Strong Programming Skills in Python
• Research Communication Skills
• A Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Proven track record of delivering impactful ML solutions
• Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance
