Vonage is seeking a Senior Strategic Business Associate to drive innovation in cloud communications. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of the Network API ecosystem, identifying new use cases, and fostering relationships with customers and partners. Role involves:
- Supporting the production of pitch material for lead customers and partners.
- Structuring material to facilitate discussions with customers.
- Conducting data gathering and interviews to support solution design.
- Defining business rationale and value argumentation.
- Supporting engagements with product teams and technical experts.
- Assisting in analyzing commercial and GTM flows.
- Conducting analysis to develop innovative business models.
- Acting as business consultants from initiation through industrialization.
- Preparing detailed handover material.
Requirements:
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Solid analytical skills, including financial modeling and Excel analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to craft compelling narratives and data-driven business cases.
