Job Description
Vonage is seeking a Fraud Strategy Expert Analyst to support the Senior Director, Risk/Fraud strategy in developing and executing initiatives to mitigate fraud risks across communication platforms and geographical areas. The role involves aligning stakeholders, driving program execution, and ensuring compliance with industry best practices and company objectives. This is a collaborative role requiring strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Role involves:
- Collaborating with the Senior Director to implement fraud prevention strategies.
- Driving requirements for fraud mitigation across business units and product development.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams.
- Developing and maintaining project plans, roadmaps, and status reports.
- Analyzing fraud trends and recommending countermeasures.
- Monitoring KPIs and preparing reports for stakeholders.
- Supporting the development of policies and procedures for fraud risk management.
- Ensuring alignment with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in fraud prevention/detection/investigation, risk management, or program coordination.
- Familiarity with communication platform fraud.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Knowledge of fraud detection technologies and methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
