The Manager Academics position at NewGlobe is responsible for educational outcomes across schools. It requires coordination between NewGlobe education specialists and information from schools, government officials, and civil society. This role involves managing academic events and initiatives, codified in a yearly academic plan. The Manager Academics works with various departments to ensure the right conditions for learning and serves as the resident expert promoting student achievement.
Responsibilities:
- Leading execution and coordination of the core academic program.
- Advocating for learning outcomes and serving as the academic expert.
- Providing feedback to the Instructional Design team.
- Representing NewGlobe with key state stakeholders.
- Conducting market and regulatory research.
- Identifying areas of growth within Academic offerings.
- Managing the Academics team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
- Experience working with primary schools.
- Experience evaluating student learning or teacher development.
- Experience writing reports and/or interpreting outcomes with government officials.
- Data-driven with experience managing high-performance cultures.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
